By registering for and attending the Women In Automotive® Conference, you grant Women In Automotive® and its authorized representatives the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, record, and capture your likeness, voice, and appearance in any media format (including but not limited to video, photography, audio recordings, and livestream) for promotional, educational, marketing, and archival purposes without compensation or further approval.

This includes use across Women In Automotive® digital platforms, social media channels, websites, printed materials, advertisements, and any other distribution channels now known or hereafter developed.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must submit a written opt-out statement to mailto:[email protected] at least 7 days prior to the conference. Upon receipt, you will be provided with identification (such as a specific badge or lanyard) indicating your preference to media personnel and photographers. While Women In Automotive® will make reasonable efforts to honor your request, we cannot guarantee that your image will not appear in wide-angle shots, group photos, or audience footage.
