Terms and Conditions for the All-Expense Paid Sponsorship to the 2024 Women In Automotive Conference Sponsored by Ascent Dealer Services
- Eligibility: This contest is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Have a valid LinkedIn account.
- Are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Are not employees, agents, affiliates, or relatives of employees of Ascent Dealer Services or Women In Automotive.
- Contest Period: The contest begins on January 2, 2024, and ends on January 31, 2024. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
- How to Enter:
- Participants must create and post a video on LinkedIn explaining why they deserve an all-expense-paid sponsorship to the 2024 Women In Automotive Conference.
- The participant must follow and tag Women In Automotive on LinkedIn, use the hashtag #WIA2024, and send a direct message to Women In Automotive with a link to their video post.
- Selection of Winner:
- The winner will be selected by a panel chosen by Ascent Dealer Services and Women In Automotive.
- The decision of the panel will be final and binding.
- The winner will be announced on February 13, 2024.
- Prize: The winner will receive:
- A ticket to the 2024 Women In Automotive Conference.
- Accommodation at Cheyenne Mountain Resort.
- Coverage for food and travel expenses.
- 1-year membership and mentorship with Women In Automotive.
- General Conditions:
- By entering this contest, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other prizes.
- The winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
- Liability and Release:
- Ascent Dealer Services and Women In Automotive are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest.
- Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Ascent Dealer Services and Women In Automotive from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the contest.
- Privacy:
- Personal information collected from participants will be used by Ascent Dealer Services and Women In Automotive for the purpose of administering the contest and as otherwise set forth in these terms and conditions.
- By participating, entrants consent to collecting, using, and disclosing their personal information as described.
- Disqualification:
- Ascent Dealer Services and Women In Automotive reserve the right to disqualify any participant they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or violating these terms and conditions.
- Changes and Termination:
- Ascent Dealer Services and Women In Automotive reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest for any reason without notice.

Terms and Conditions for the 2024 Women In Automotive Conference T-Shirt Design Contest
- Eligibility:
- The contest is open to all individuals.
- Limit of one entry per person.
- Employees, affiliates, and relatives of employees of Women In Automotive are eligible to enter.
- Contest Period:
- The contest begins immediately and ends on February 15, 2024. Submissions received after this deadline will not be considered.
- Submission Guidelines:
- Entries must be submitted via email to events@womeninautomotive.com.
- Each entry must be the original work of the participant and not infringe on the rights of any third parties.
- By submitting an entry, participants grant Women In Automotive an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide non-exclusive license to reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works of the entry (along with a name credit) in connection with the contest and promotion of the contest.
- Rights to Submissions:
- All submissions become the property of Women In Automotive.
- Women In Automotive reserves the right to publish all submissions, including but not limited to the winning design, in any media formats and through any media channels.
- Selection of Winner:
- The winner will be announced on March 1, 2024.
- The decision of Women In Automotive will be final and binding.
- Prize:
- The winner will have their design used for the official 2024 Women In Automotive Conference T-Shirt.
- A ticket to the 2024 Women In Automotive Conference.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other prizes.
- General Conditions:
- By entering this contest, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
- Women In Automotive reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Women In Automotive’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest as determined by Women In Automotive in its sole discretion.
