1. Eligibility The Women In Automotive 2025 Conference Ticket Giveaway (“Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Women In Automotive and its affiliate companies, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members, are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Period Entries will be accepted immediately through April 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM CST

3. How to Enter To enter, participants must submit a video testimonial sharing their experience at a previous Women In Automotive Conference via the designated entry form on our website.Only one (1) entry per person is allowed.Submitting multiple entries may result in disqualification.By submitting an entry, participants grant Women In Automotive a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, edit, modify, and distribute their video for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, use on social media, websites, emails, and other marketing materials.Videos may be edited for length or clarity but will not be altered in a way that misrepresents the participant’s message.

4. Winner Selection & Notification One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and announced on June 15, 2025.The winner will be notified via email and announced on Women In Automotive’s social media platforms.If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner will be selected at random.

5. Prize The winner will receive one (1) free ticket to the 2026 Women In Automotive Conference, held in Austin, TX, from July 17-20, 2026.The prize covers conference admission only; travel, accommodations, and other expenses are not included.The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other compensation.

6. Winner Selection & Notification One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and announced on June 1, 2025.The winner will be notified via email and announced on Women In Automotive’s social media platforms.If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner will be selected at random.

7. General Conditions Women In Automotive reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the contest rules, is incomplete, or is deemed inappropriate.We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise.By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Women In Automotive, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claims or liability arising from participation in the contest or acceptance of the prize.This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.
