I am currently an Assistant Manager in the Dealer Retail Channel of Customer Care and Aftersales at General Motors, I handle Dealer profitability programs that focus on customer loyalty and retention through the Service Lane and Business Development Department. I manage key processes that support measuring and improving fixed operations.
