As DealerBuilt’s EVP of Strategic Partnerships, Veronica Dunford helps drive the company’s continued growth by cultivating strong relationships with DealerBuilt clients as well as technology partners and OEMs. In her role, Veronica oversees a nationwide team of account managers focused on ensuring customer satisfaction and helping clients derive maximum value from their DealerBuilt solution. In addition, she fosters relationships with third-party integrators and the factories, enabling DealerBuilt clients to leverage other best-in-class technologies to help streamline business processes and enhance the customer experience.
Veronica began her career at DealerBuilt in 2012, serving as the company’s National Accounts Director prior to her promotion to her current role. A lifelong car enthusiast with more than 25 years of industry experience, she leverages her deep rapport with clients and ability to build long-lasting business relationships to contribute to DealerBuilt’s successful growth.
