Diane Uzelac, a 38-year veteran of the automotive industry, found her passion selling cars in the Los Angeles market in 1986 at 17 years old. By 1989, Uzelac worked her way to Finance Director. During her tenure, she began to note excessive turnover within automotive Finance departments. Seeing a need in the market, Uzelac launched F&I Solutions, Incorporated., a temporary F&I agency serving clients nationally.
While working closely with her dealer partners, Uzelac noticed a sharp decline in customer acceptance for credit life and accident/health insurance due to heavy regulation. So Diane’s firm began marketing low-cost, high return, non-cancelable F&I ancillary products to solve this dilemma.
Utilizing F&I Solutions’ unique menu training increased profits and lowered chargebacks for their dealer partners. As a result, F&I Solutions disrupted the automotive F&I industry globally.
Ms. Uzelac has worked closely with dealer associations and lending sources for decades to drive the acceptance of F&I Ancillary products like etching, GAP, tire & wheel so that dealers can provide these products to their clients within their financing.
For the last 27 years, Diane has worked with Dominion, JM&A, Hyundai Capital of America, VW/AUDI of North America, Reynolds & Reynolds, Zurich NA, Penske Automotive, Who’s Calling, KeyTrak, Sonic Automotive, Group1 Automotive, and many more.
Diane specializes in C-Level Executive Recruiting for Automotive Manufacturers, Dealers, and auto allied industries. Currently, her company is responsible for building National F&I VSC/Ancillary Sales and Training Divisions for Stellantis/MOPAR, VW/ Audi, Hyundai Capital of America, Lamborghini, Porsche of North America, and Subaru North of America, to name a few.
