We are an exciting automotive web-based, start-up headquartered in Miami, FL seeking an ambitious individual to create, lead and manage our sales department. The VP of Sales is responsible for the conceptualization of our sales plan and will be awarded proportionally to his/her abilities to grow our company. This person will launch our platform in Miami, while creating, structuring and eventually executing our future national roll-out plan. The VP of Sales must be a big thinker and go-getter as there is enormous growth potential. The payment plan is generous and is a direct reflection of his/her ability to attract and maintain new business. This is a full-time, commission-based position. Previous automotive experience selling e-commerce solutions or direct mail a plus, as is preexisting dealer contacts.

  • Launches platform in South Florida
  • Conceptualizes and executes all stages of sales strategy – locally and nationally
  • Generates new business opportunities and relationships with dealers
  • Facilitates the dealer-decision making process
  • Creates and maintains long-term dealer relationships for business growth
  • Maintains a deal pipeline for active, late stage deals
  • Exceeds revenue goals with accurate forecasting
  • Builds and manages sales teams
  • Creates sales processes to organize sales development

Skills and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ambitious and goal-oriented
  • Self-motivated
  • Organizational and follow-up skills
  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
  • Experience within automotive industry
  • Previous automotive experience selling e-commerce solutions or direct mail a plus
  • Existing relationship with dealer-decision makers in South Florida a plus
  • Negotiation skills
  • Strong communication skills – ability to communicate effectively and be able to effectively present information to customers
