The Dealer Success Manager is responsible for developing, training and managing a district team focused on solution optimization for franchise and large independent dealers; for driving the company's strategic vision and position the Cox Automotive media brands value proposition to provide successful ongoing service; providing coaching through active participation in dealer meetings with team members; serving as a strategic leader within the Dealer Success organization and collaborate with digital media sales team, senior leadership and support groups for continued sales success. Key Responsibilities: Manage a team of Dealer Success Consultants responsible for retaining, advocating and growing an assigned portfolio of dealers; Build, coach and lead dealer success team. 1. Assist Dealer Success Consultants with constructing insights & quarterly business review materials 2. Cultivate relationships to promote and monitor the growth of dealer account base; Drive execution of CAMSG Sales Strategy; Expand relationships with dealer partners to maximize revenue& minimize cancellations 3. Reinforce rules of engagement and resolve operations questions quickly and effectively; Develop relationships across the Dealer Success, Digital Media Sales and Business Development Center organizations to ensure collaboration 4. Encourage and strengthen the utilization of technology and tools to increase production; 5. Quickly address dealer risk and act in the best interest of dealers; Remove barriers to drive dealer success 6. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Experience managing, meeting and exceeding revenue retention and growth objectives • Demonstrated proficiency with communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) required • Willing and able to travel as needed and required (up to 50% day or overnight trips) • Valid drivers license • HS Diploma/GED equivalent required Preferred Qualifications:  • 5+ years in account management or equivalent experience; advertising sales management experience preferred • 3+ years of account management or like experience; advertising, online or automotive experience strongly preferred •1+ years of people management, coaching, or training in an account management environment • Previous experience managing/leading others • Previous experience coaching or training others • Previous experience in automotive, media, or advertising (preferably digital) • Previous experience using a Customer Relationship Management system • Previous experience working in an outside sales environment • Demonstration of success and expansion of responsibilities in previous roles • College Degree preferred
