To qualify:
- Prior knowledge of automobile repair and parts identification required
- Extremely organized
- Computer experience
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with team members
- Flexible and willing to fulfill multiple roles within the shop
- Stable work history
- Flexibility to do other shop duties as needed
