An entrepreneur with a background in advertising sales, management and a few online start-ups, Christy Roman has a unique perspective on advertising as it pertains to automotive and the Internet. Her claim to fame was developing and monetizing the Partnership Program (now the Premium Program) dealer initiative at AutoTrader.com, which turned them into a classified advertising powerhouse – and now generates hundreds of millions of dollars. She is also the founder of Women in Automotive, which provides events and training designed to empower women in the industry and help dealers hire and retain women as employees. Past roles include ad agency owner and business development; sales and management for newspaper and cable advertising; piloting the one-time AOL Time-Warner multi-media cross-selling initiative; Regional Sales Manager for Who’s Calling, and consulting for television stations to help them develop online revenue streams. She sold the automotive division of Now Marketplace, Inc. in 2014 to form a new company with JKR Advertising called Now Digital, Inc. The digital agency continues to be a one-stop shop for dealers and local businesses wanting to maximize the Internet as an effective form of advertising.
Kathy Ruble is the Executive Marketing Director at Ally. In this role she is responsible for dealer/program communications for 18,000 Dealers. She manages marketing operations/budget and leads dealer/consumer product innovation and Clearlane.
Prior to her new role, Kathy was the Executive Director of Communications, Dealership Online Services, and led the U.S. sales team that sold and promoted dealership training, lead management, and Ally SmartAuction, the industry-leading online auction.
Kathy has been with GM/GMAC/Ally for 32 years and during her career has amassed a wealth of experience in many facets of the auto business and finance operations. She has held a number of sales
and marketing positions in the field across the country as well as roles in commercial lending, OEM operations and alliance support.
Ruble holds a bachelor’s degree in communication, arts and sciences from Michigan State University and a master’s degree in administration/marketing from Central Michigan University.
She serves on the American Financial Services Association (AFSA) Vehicle Finance Board, and the AFSA Education Foundation Board. She sits on the AFSA Conference Planning Committee and the Women’s
Leadership Council. She also serves as a Board member for the Michigan Philharmonic. She is a mentor at Wayne State University and Ally, and supports the Ally Women’s ERG.

Judith Schumacher-Tilton is a resident of Montclair, New Jersey and president of Schumacher Chevrolet Auto Group, New Jerseys largest volume Chevy dealer with locations in Little Falls, Denville and Clifton.
Previously, Judith served as the chairman of the Women’s Dealer Advisory Council and is a member of the Tri-State Chevrolet LMA Board. Locally, she serves on the Montclair State University Foundation Board, the Boys and Girls Club of Clifton Trustee Board, the Lakeland Bank Advisory Board, the Chilton Memorial Hospital Foundation Board, Passaic County 200 Club Trustee Board and the Domestic Violence Response Team for the Passaic County Women’s Shelter.
She was nominated as 2012 TIME Dealer of the Year becoming New Jerseys first-ever female to compete for this very prestigious award. In recognition of her dealerships performance and her extensive community service, she went on to win the title of Northeast Regional TIME Dealer of the Year and was among the four finalists for the national title which was published in TIME Magazine.
Bob Smith has been in the retail automotive business since the mid 1980’s working in dealership operations, automotive finance, used car wholesaling and retailing, New Car brokering. He comes from a family of retail automotive professionals who have been in the business since 1917!
In 2012, Bob was hired by the Greater Los Angeles New Car Dealers Association to act as its executive director. In this capacity, Bob is involved in Dealer Advocacy at the local, state and national levels. Additionally the position helps coordinate philanthropic efforts and help maintain government and industry relations by maintaining good public relations. GLANCDA also works closely every year with it partner the Los Angeles Auto Show, to endorse and promote its success. The Los Angeles Auto Show has nearly one million people attend during public days and nearly twenty five thousands credentials issued during press and media days of Auto Mobility Los Angeles.
Erikka Tiffani, started her career in automotive as a service writer in 2004. Along the way she has worked as a salesperson, BDC Manager, marketing director and new car manager. As a mom of two, she prides herself on mentoring other women in the car business. With innovation, passion and the ability to step outside the box, Erikka offers a fresh and unique perspective in the automotive landscape.
Tiffany is the Sr. Manager, Planning & Integration for the Customer Satisfaction Division at Hyundai Motor America, providing leadership and direction to the division through strategy, planning, integration, communication, and financial tracking. She is responsible for developing world-class training for thousands of Services, Parts & Collision personnel across a national network of more than 365 franchises. It’s a position Katy is well suited for after honing her skills at Cars.com where she served as Dealer Training Manager. Honored by Cars.com with the Most Valuable Player Award, Katy was instrumental in training a growing sales force about the automotive landscape, digital marketing strategies and dealership best practices.
