Role Summary

The Regional Marketing role is integral to Lamborghini’s desire to create cohesiveness among the entire dealer network while ensuring that all dealers actively, effectively and according to CI/CD, market the products.  The Regional Marketing Manager role is responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing Automobili Lamborghini America’s retail campaigns, as well as managing and analyzing the effectiveness and spending of the dealer retail campaigns.  The Regional Marketing Manager will work with individuals at all levels of the dealerships, including the dealer principle, the General Managers and Sales and Marketing personnel. Automobili Lamborghini America is a small team and as a result the role must bring out-of-the box thinking, challenge the status quo and be able to contribute at all levels of the organization and within the dealerships. 


Role Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize, propose, plan, execute and analyze retail marketing campaigns and events (corporate and dealer) to ensure increased leads, sales and loyalty
  • Effectively manage the dealers in your assigned region (approximately but not limited to 16 to 17 dealers)
  • Conceptualize, propose, plan, execute and analyze tactical campaigns to support sales and aftersales activities
  • Manage and lead key loyalty and sales events, such as Monterey Car Week, Winter Academy, Summer Academy and the Lamborghini America Giro
  • Create opportunities and activities to increase showroom traffic & sales leads
  • Maintain, monitor and control allocated budgets
  • Monitor, suggest and improve dealer marketing capability and efficiencies able to convince dealers that they need to become more effective in their marketing activities
  • Lead and ensure perfect CI/CD standards at dealer level and all corporate activities throughout assigned territory
  • Oversee and lead the implementation of marketing activities and prospecting / sales / loyalty events

  • Create, analyze and report on lead status
  • Complete, distribute and present finding in post event reporting with a comprehensive analysis of the campaign or event.  Ability to defend approaches and strategies.
  • Creation and production of official communications to dealer network
  • Process invoices, PO’s – all financial reporting pertaining to the region assigned
  • Plan and present at Dealer meetings, conferences and trainings
  • Budget creation, optimizations and management
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Educational requirements:

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
Desired Education
  • Master’s Degree in Communications or Business

Experience requirements:


  • 6-8 years of client side marketing experience with 4-6 years of ESS automotive marketing experience
