Job Description

The Dealer Network Diversity and Investment Manager will lead the strategy development and implementation of FCA initiatives to promote and support the expansion of FCA Minority Dealer representation within the USA Market.

Dealer network diversity

  • Develop minority dealer candidate engagement strategies to assess new minority dealer candidate proposals to invest in FCA dealerships across the USA market
  • Identify, qualify, assess, and present new minority dealer candidates to FCA Regional Dealer Network Placement Managers within the field organization for potential buy/sell or new market establishment opportunities
  • Lead strategic initiatives and interactions with Chrysler Minority Dealer Association (CMDA), and National Association of Minority Automotive Dealers (NAMAD)
  • Work directly with dealer network managers within the business centers to lead dealer performance measurement, discussions, and improvement strategies for the FCA Minority Dealer Network
  • Support FCA Corporate Diversity and Inclusion strategic initiatives throughout the US market

Dealership Network Investment Program

  • Oversee the qualification and activation of dealers/markets eligible for the Dealer Network Investment Program
  • Oversee day-to-day support of all FCA Dealer Network Investment program dealers with regards to operations consulting, and performance management
  • Work with FCA Office of General Counsel to address all matters pertinent to the network investment entity

Ad-hoc analysis and dealer network support

  • Ensure established dealer network planning KPI measurements are consistently in place and adjusted as required to deliver transparency at all times
  • Manage performance benchmarks and provide clear directional measurement to all stakeholders as required

Position Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Experience with dealer financial statement analysis, dealer business management
  • 3+ years' automotive experience
  • Excellent communications skills -- verbal and written
  • High level of professionalism: self-directed and motivated
  • Project/time management and delivery skills to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrates analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Must be willing to travel 40%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Finance or Accounting Degree
  • 5+ years of automotive experience
  • Dealer network franchise planning and/or OEM field experience
  • Understanding of dealer information, dealership operations
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (Cognos, Business Objects) and ad-hoc analysis
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word)
