Role Summary

  • Lead and achieve targeted Audi brand performance in the Greater Los Angeles Area
  • Achieve new vehicle sales, CPO sales, Loyalty, and client satisfaction objectives for Area’s retail business
  • Raise dealer’s performance levels and reduce variability between dealers

Responsibilities:

Role Responsibilities
  • Grow Audi Market Share within the Area by driving new, CPO and Used Audi retail sales
  • Ensure dealer understanding and execution of Audi sales and marketing programs
  • Monitor dealer compliance with Audi Sales Policies
  • Assist in the development and administration of Area wide incentive programs to effectively drive new and used vehicle results
  • Develop and execute a strategy to increase Dealer and Brand Loyalty throughout the Area
  • Analyze dealer inventory and turn rates and develop and promote plans to maximize sales opportunities
  • Monitor dealer compliance with new vehicle allocation process and advise sales managers on vehicle ordering and configuration best practices
  • Ensure dealer maintains effective client development and retention strategies (e.g., portfolio management, lead handling)
  • Develop weekly new and CPO sales forecast and complete weekly business conditions recap for each market within the Area
  • Deliver operational excellence as measured by NADA
  • Monitor and support dealer training and certification requirements
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, as appropriate, to ensure all levels of dealers' sales organizations share awareness of incentive programs, merchandising plans, and sales objectives
  • Coordinate local and regional representation at Auto Shows throughout assigned geography
  • Coordinate local events with dealers, vendors, and partners to ensure flawless execution
  • Monitor dealer's Tier III advertising compliance and spend
    • Collaborate with AFS colleagues, Regional Process Coaches, and the Area Sales Trainer to identify opportunities and develop and execute performance improvement plans

Educational requirements:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business, automotive, or related field preferred

Experience requirements:

Required 10+ years of relevant experience (5-7 years of automotive industry experience, ideally in a similar role, and a proven track record of success)

  • Given retail focus, position requires "connected" availability on weekends and holidays
