Role Summary

  • Lead and achieve targeted Area brand performance in the Rocky Mountains
  • Achieve parts and accessory purchase objectives, customer retention, and customer satisfaction objectives for the Area’s retail business
  • Manage warranty cost and goodwill spend across the Area dealer network
  • Raise area dealer performance levels and reduce variability between dealers

Responsibilities:

Role Responsibilities
  • Advocate for the customer and the dealer while simultaneously protecting the interests of Audi of America and preserving brand standards
  • Ensure dealers have proper service, equipment, tools and capacity in place
  • Monitor dealer after sales personnel for compliance with training and certification requirements
  • Provide council, guidance and assistance to dealers on vehicle repair and buyback prevention
  • Ensure customer relations cases are resolved, including becoming involved with trade assistance and mediation/arbitration situations
  • Council and advise dealers on goodwill decisions, coordinate the execution of goodwill and monitor costs
  • Monitor for dealer compliance with Audi processes and procedures, providing training and council as needed
  • Council and advise dealers on warranty processes and actively control warranty costs
  • Ensure dealers have an optimum Audi parts inventory, sufficient for high fill rate from shelf stock
  • Drive wholesale, retail and internal tire and accessory business
  • Assist dealers in fully utilizing Audi parts and service marketing programs
  • Service as subject matter expert for answers to dealer questions on after sales topics
  • Monitor dealership KPIs and review performance with dealer management
  • Serve as a consultant, identifying after sales opportunities for improvement and work with the dealership management team to develop creative and innovative solutions into action plans, then monitor and support the dealership in their implementation
  • Collaborate with the area team and regional management to ensure dealers meet Audi Business Fundamental requirement

Educational requirements:

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, automotive, or related field preferred

Experience requirements:

Experience  

  • 7-10 years of automotive industry experience, ideally in a similar role, and proven track record of success

Work Flexibility  
  • This position is home-based (Denver) with up to 70% overnight travel.
  • Position requires frequent travel to dealerships throughout market area of responsibility which includes CO, UT, and NM (Albuquerque).
