Emily Miller is most comfortable driving the dunes of the Sahara and refuses to commute on the 5 Freeway. President of Public Relations and Sports Marketing firm Soulside Network, she is also the founder of the first women’s navigation rally raid in the U.S., the Rebelle Rally, which spans seven days of competition based on skill – not speed. No GPS, cell phones or outside assistance.
For longer than she cares to reveal, Emily has been in the sports marketing and PR business, with automotive being her true passion. Her background is in brand building, and her experience is deeply rooted in the action sports world.
As an athlete, she learned quickly that a vehicle is the great equalizer for body size and gender – a blessing, given her 5-foot, 100-lb. frame. What started as an opportunity to race stock trucks for legendary off-road racer Rod Hall became a chance to see many amazing places across the planet and gain invaluable life and work lessons from the driver’s seat. Despite numerous podium finishes and wins including the Baja 1000 … and being the first woman to solo the longest off-road race in the US (and win her class), her takeaway has been transferring the lessons to her business; and most important, encouraging women who share her passion for cars and adventure.
To date, she has coached over 4,000 people to drive off-road, organized and produced over 100 experiential automotive events, spent countless hours “secret shopping”, and helped women tackle their fears and challenges in a vehicle – including spearheading the US women’s effort at the punishing Gazelle Rally in Morocco. Emily is a recipient of the Women’s Automotive Alliance International “Spirit of Leadership Award” who still mutters the age-old adage of “to finish first, you must first finish”.

Renee Stuart, PCC
“When you choose to spend 3 decades in one industry, you’re bound to learn a thing or two.”
Driven by her strong desire to succeed and an insatiable level of curiosity, Renee Stuart learned early on that simply wanting something wouldn’t be enough. For Renee, the proverbial corporate ladder appeared rigid and limiting. She found herself asking the question “Just because it’s always been, doesn’t mean it must always be – does it?” The climb for Renee was never vertical. She chose to use strategic angles. Her climb was driven by a natural inclination to make a difference, and most times that required moving down and over, versus climbing straight up.
After nearly 3o years of working in a car dealership, Renee has spent the last 7 years coaching highly driven professionals who aspire to activate the best version of themselves. She partners with career-minded people to help them improve their performance at work; all-while eliminating the blind spots that prevent them from reaching their highest potential. Renee knows that when people differentiate themselves and leverage their unique attributes, they’re able to achieve their goals, faster.

Jason Volny’s fifteen-year career in the automotive world, coupled with his desire to research and innovate historical and immediate industry practices, contributes to the ongoing future growth of the industry professionals. His keen understanding of Human Capital Management amplifies the growth of future leaders. His sales manager, finance manager, and salesperson’s pedigree, provided him with the necessary experience to question the status quo. His multi-angle approach to the improvement of the modern customer experience, inspires a counterintuitive evolution of brand perception. When Jason is not on the plane, traveling to spread the mission, he uses his artful negotiation skills to develop win-win outcomes with his 3 and 5-year- old boys. This never works! He likes to spend his time on the lake reliving his youth by constantly attempting and failing to do a backflip on a wakeboard. His long-term goals are, be inspiring, a good husband, a good father, and earn a black belt in krav maga and jiu jitsu.
